Our Integrated Planning team is essential in shaping the vision and objectives of our policies and servicing strategies. The team is responsible for building, adapting, and implementing plans for catchments, water supply zones, and data systems to define performance targets, establish investment pathways, and develop Strategic Business Cases—all driving an affordable, sustainable, and deliverable portfolio to achieve key objectives. Due to exciting growth and an expanding portfolio, we are seeking a talented Asset Planning professional to join our Integrated Planning team and further support our multi-billion-dollar asset base. What You'll Be Doing As an essential team member, you’ll inspire confidence and trust by prioritising safety, health, and wellbeing, ensuring a people-first culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion. Reporting directly to the Leader Facility Planning, you will contribute to the development and implementation of Facility Management Plans optimising asset improvements, renewals, condition assessments and the maintenance of the overall assets. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about operational excellence, have strong engagement and communication skills, and thrive when working on complex, impactful projects. You will:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) and be working towards or looking to attain Chartered and RPEQ;
- Bring experience across the asset management lifecycle or planning within the Water, Energy, Resources, or broader utility sectors;
- Demonstrate the ability to manage complex and diverse asset planning programs, with a strong focus on safety, environmental and commercial outcomes; and
- Have an understanding of the principles of the asset lifecycle such as ISO55000.
